Mouthpieces

Intoximeters recommends that testing with instruments manufactured by Intoximeters be performed using only Intoximeters certified parts.  The design of both the fuel cell sensors and the mouthpieces manufactured for use with Intoximeters instruments optimize the instrument’s capability to accurately measure breath alcohol concentrations. Use of unapproved parts may damage the instrument, produce erroneous results and void instrument warranty.

Handheld
This group of mouthpieces fits the Alco-Sensor, Alco-Sensor III, Alco-Sensor IV, Alco-Sensor IV /w Memory and Alco-Sensor FST.

Portable
This group of mouthpieces fits the Alco-Sensor IV, RBT IV, Alco-Sensor IV /w Memory, Alco-Sensor V.

Desktop

This group of mouthpieces fits the EC/IR, EC/IR II and the AlcoMonitor CC.

Calibration

Intoximeters offers a variety of breath tester calibration systems.

In this section of our on-line store, we offer NHTSA approved dry gas cylinders for checking and calibrating both screening and evidential grade instrumentation. We also offer all of the necessary calibration device accessories.

Calibration Dry Gas

Intoximeters recommends that for all evidential grade breath alcohol analyzers, external accuracy checks and calibrations be performed using a NIST traceable dry gas or wet bath standard approved for use by both NHTSA and Intoximeters. We are now offering all standard and custom NIST traceable gas concentrations in three NHTSA and Intoximeters approved volumes;  108 liter tanks, 55 liter tanks, and 34 liter tanks. Standard values are (.100)C, (.082)C, and (.038)C and can be purchased online. If you need a dry gas standard that is not listed, please click here.

Calibration Accessories
Some Intoximeters’ instruments require special tools to perform calibrations. These tools are usually supplied with the instruments, but if lost can be ordered here.  Other calibration accessories, like our True Cal line of products, are optional devices that can help take the guess work out of dry gas accuracy checks and calibrations. Dry Gas Regulators
Intoximeters dry gas regulators come in two (2) types – the 1.5 liters per minute and the 6 liters per minute models. Each is designed to work with any Intoximeters dry gas tank..

Instrument Cases

All Intoximeters hand held instruments come with a robust hard shell carrying case. Soft shell cases are available for our desktop models for ease of transportation to remote locations.

Instrument Data Cables

Many of our instruments can connect directly to a computer or a printer.  Depending on your need you will need the correct data cable to transfer information from one device to another.

Printing

Intoximeters provides all your test result printing needs. We offer various printer styles with all the printer paper, ribbons and cartridges to match. In addition to plain paper we offer common DOT and Non-DOT forms.

Printer Ink/Ribbons
Intoximeters has printer ribbons for all our available printers.

Printer Paper
-Intoximeters offers printer paper to fit all our printers small or large. We carry plain and thermal paper. Now we even offer self destructive – tamper proof sticky labels for some printers.

Tape
Need to make sure no changes have been made?  Evidence tape will keep your documents secure while security tape will provide assurance that each of your breath testing instruments is still calibrated the way you left it.

Forms & Log Books
Intoximeters carries non-DOT and DOT regulation forms. Our software is designed to print directly on these forms to provide clear and efficient documentation. Our log books are full size booklets and can hold hundreds of entries.

Online Training Modules

Intoximeters offers Online Training Modules for the Rules and Regulations component of the U.S. DOT model training course, as well as modules for EBT Proficiency Training for 2 of our latest instruments. The modules allow students to study at their own pace and time. For ease of use, the modules are available only in a web-based format. A computer with internet access is necessary to use the products.

Training Tests & Certificates

Order quizzes for your training classes.  We offer DOT rules & regs tests and instrument-specific tests.  You can also find generic certificates in this section.

Classroom Training Aids
These student manuals provide information about alcohol in the human body, federal register documents, DOT requirements, support documents, forms and quality assurance programs (QAP).
