Order Via Regional Manager

Order Online
Intoximeters offers for sale supplies for its instruments including mouthpieces, calibration equipment, paper and printer products.
We assure that the information you send us remains secure. Your credit card and other personal information like name and phone number is encrypted so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
Order By Fax
Orders can be placed by fax. If you use a purchase order please feel free to fax any time. Use the online store to place items in your shopping cart. Then at checkout, you can choose to print your order so that it can be faxed to Intoximeters. Order forms are available online or we can fax you an order form.

Order By Mail
If you use our Order Form, Intoximeters mailing address is included on the form. If you place your order on your letter head or your PO form please include the following :
- Shipping Address
- Bill to Address
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone
- PO Number
- List & Quantity of products being purchased
You can also use the online store to place items in you shopping cart. Then at checkout, opt to print your order so that it can be mailed to Intoximeters.
Standard Shipping Rates
Our standard method of shipment is by ground transportation. Orders are shipped FOB Origin, prepaid and added to the invoice. View Our Shipping Costs.
Express Delivery Information
If requested, Intoximeters will ship product overnight, 2nd day or for Saturday delivery (if available in your area). An express service request is required prior to 1:30 p.m. Central Time to allow for order processing. Please note that these express services will be added to your invoice.
